Return Policy

MUSTASH Brands maintains a no-hassle 30-day return policy for all purchased products. Returned items must be unused and free of damage in order to be processed. Requests submitted beyond 30 days from the order date will unfortunately not be accepted. To initiate a product return, email info@mustashbrands.com with your order number or click here. Refunds will be processed upon receipt of returned shipment.

Limited 1-Year Warranty

All MUSTASH Brands products come with a 1-year warranty on parts and materials. Products experiencing issues within the first year after purchase will be replaced free of charge. Warranty does not cover blatant abuse, missing parts or damage caused by factors other than normal wear and tear. Warranty does not cover any cosmetic degradation that doesn't compromise the usability of the product. To initiate a warranty claim, email info@mustashbrands.com with your issue description. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.
